Job Title: Senior DRAM Design Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop next-generation DRAM products
  • Collaborate with various teams, including process integration, product engineering, and production design
  • Contribute to the pathfinding of future DRAM nodes and bring groundbreaking insights to production
  • Drive design optimization and innovations, ensuring exceptional die size, quality, reliability, and power

Requirements:

  • 5+ years proven ability in product Engineering and Design
  • Bachelor's of Science in Electrical Engineering or Master's of Science in Electrical Engineering degree
  • Proficiency with UNIX and CADENCE design environment (Simulation, Schematic entry, SPF extraction)
  • Experience with circuit verification and optimization, including layout verification and parasitic extractions of the circuits
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to other design peers both verbally and written
  • A self-motivated, hard-working team player who enjoys working with diverse abilities and backgrounds

Preferred but not required:

  • Experience inside memory industry of either flash, SRAM or DRAM, a plus
  • Experience in full-custom design and layout
  • Possessing management experience or formal training in team leadership, a plus
  • Experience with python or other scripting language, a plus
