Job Title: Content Designer

Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Content Designer to join our team. As a Content Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the digital identity of our clients in the Fintech space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a content strategy that meets business goals and solves real customer problems.
  • Plan and write high-quality, U.S. English content for web, mobile, and email experiences.
  • Transform global product requirements into a content strategy that meets business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Design on page layout, interactions, visual tone, and accessibility standards.
  • Partner with Brand, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure a consistent end-to-end experience.
  • Work with Legal and Risk to deliver content that complies with regulations.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in UX writing and content design.
  • Experience leading workstreams and working cross-functionally with multiple teams.
  • Enterprise-level experience and a clean, well-organized portfolio.
  • Experience working in a consumer-facing role.
