About the Role

As an ABA Technician with Sunbelt Staffing in Dedham, MA, you will be part of a dedicated team making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with autism.

Job Overview

This is a rewarding opportunity to work directly with clients and their families, providing individualized ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized ABA therapy plans, collecting and recording data on client progress and behavior during sessions.
  • Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in various settings, including home, school, and community.
  • Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to develop and modify treatment goals and strategies.
  • Support and guide clients and their families to promote skill development and behavior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field.
  • Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities.
  • Completion of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training and certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Salary Information:

The estimated hourly wage for this role is $18-$22 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
