We are seeking a Neurodevelopmental Interventionist to join our team at Cortica - Neurodevelopmental. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with children and adolescents with neurodevelopmental differences, providing direct behavior-analytic services and contributing to a multidisciplinary treatment team.

Responsibilities
  • Implement positive behavior strategies as developed and analyzed with the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Work in various settings, including homes, schools, clinics, and communities, providing direct behavior-analytic care to children and their families
  • Collect data and maintain accurate records of progress and interventions
  • Fulfill all documentation requirements, including session notes and data collection

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a human service field or related area
  • Experience working with children, preferably those with autism spectrum disorder
  • Registered Behavior Technician certification preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
