Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience:
    • At least 8 years of experience in software engineering, with a minimum of 4 years in a leadership capacity. Experience in developing enterprise SaaS products is essential.
    • Experience in scaling teams from small to large sizes within a startup environment.
    • Proven track record in building, delivering, and supporting SaaS products that handle significant data streams.
    • Experience in developing and delivering services on AWS and/or Kubernetes.
    • Experience in leading and managing a fully remote team.
    • Strong grasp of software engineering principles and contemporary software delivery methodologies.
    • Familiarity with Agile development practices, including Scrum management, story tracking, defect management, product backlog, JIRA, and MVP.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and technical communication skills.
    • Detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow through on projects.
    • High standards of performance and a commitment to continuous improvement.
    • Adept at understanding the intricate details of business and technology.
    • Experience in leading multiple software engineering teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performing, and inclusive environment.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills to keep projects and processes on track.
    • Experience collaborating with product, design, business, and leadership teams to set long-term strategic directions.

The expected pay range for this position can be discussed with your recruiter based on the level at which this role has been scoped. Your base salary will be influenced by various factors, including your experience, qualifications, education, location, and skills. If you are considered for a different level, a corresponding pay range will apply. This position is also eligible for equity and a competitive benefits package.
