Job Summary:
The Chapter Success Coach will be responsible for ensuring the success of our chapters and members. This includes promoting membership growth, mentoring new members, and developing strategies to increase chapter retention and growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, customer service, and business development, with a passion for helping small business owners succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote Membership Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase membership in active and forming chapters, with a goal of achieving 70% overall retention in each chapter.
- Mentor New Members: Provide guidance and support to new members, including regular check-in calls, 121 sessions, and training on our membership programs.
- Develop Chapter Growth Strategies: Work with chapter leaders to develop and implement plans to increase chapter growth, including operational support, outreach, training, marketing, coaching, and development.
- Responsible for Sales Growth: Identify opportunities to increase sales of BNI events, higher-tiered memberships, and outside training.
- Visit and Engage with Chapters: Regularly visit and engage with chapters to encourage new member growth, improve member loyalty, and increase member lifetime value.
- Plan and Execute Regional Events: Work with the Managing Director to plan and execute regional events that align with the company's annual plan.
- Manage Leadership Team Selection and Training: Ensure each chapter has a professional, focused, and growth-minded leadership team to run Pure BNI meetings.
- Manage and Train Sales Process: Work with chapter leaders to develop and implement sales processes in each chapter, with a focus on the Visitor Host Team.
- Attend Regional and CORE Team Meetings: Regularly attend regional and CORE team meetings and CSC training to stay up-to-date on company initiatives and best practices.
- Complete Weekly and Monthly Reporting: Provide regular reporting to the Managing Director on chapter growth, member retention, and sales performance.
Requirements:
- College Degree: Preferred.
- Commitment to Excellent Customer Service: Required.
- Professional Work Experience: In customer support, territory/account management, or a related field.
- Experience in Business Development: Preferred.
- Strong Communication and Time Management Skills: Essential.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Equivalent: Required.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
This is a sedentary role that requires occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds and repetitive motion. The worker must have close visual acuity to perform tasks such as data analysis and transcription.
