Head Coach, Men's Tennis

Job Summary:
Queens University of Charlotte is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Head Coach for Men's Tennis to lead our NCAA Division I program. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing all activities involved with running the Men's Tennis program in a highly efficient and effective manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and retain top student-athletes while adhering to NCAA regulations
- Develop and implement a comprehensive coaching plan to improve team performance and individual athlete development
- Collaborate with the athletic department and university staff to promote the Men's Tennis program and enhance the overall student-athlete experience
- Manage the program's budget and resources to ensure fiscal responsibility and compliance with university and NCAA policies
- Develop and maintain relationships with alumni, donors, and community partners to support the program's growth and success
Qualifications:
- Collegiate coaching experience and a proven track record of success in recruiting and developing student-athletes
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire student-athletes, staff, and community partners
- Knowledge of NCAA regulations and the ability to ensure compliance in all aspects of the program
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform coaching decisions
