Position Details

Location: Remote
Pay: Competitive hourly rate based on experience and school budget.

Qualifications
  • Education: Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related discipline.
  • Certification: Must hold a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years working with students, including experience in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to determine the root causes of challenging behaviors.
  • Design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to each student's needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, counselors, and staff to create effective behavior management strategies.
  • Provide immediate support during behavioral crises to ensure student safety.
  • Maintain compliance with school policies and state regulations while documenting all interventions.
