BCBA Supervisor

As a Clinical Services Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive high-quality clinical services and that our team members have the support and resources they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical supervision to RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBA candidates, ensuring that they meet BACB standards for treatment integrity and quality assurance.
- Conduct developmental skills assessments, such as the ABLLS-R, AFLS, and/or VB-MAPP, to develop and evaluate individualized client treatment recommendations and objectives.
- Collaborate with school personnel to provide training and support to teachers, technicians, parents, and others utilizing Behavior Skills Training (BST).
- Provide accurate assessment of skills and direct feedback through completion of Performance Management metrics to other clinical team members.
- Develop and implement function-based treatments, including Functional Behavioral Assessments and Functional Analyses.
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Strong ABA and clinical skills.
- Bilingual skills valued, Spanish preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $90,000.
