Job Description

TRAC Therapy Research Autism Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Supervisor to join our team. As an Area Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of autism services and ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Development: Develop and implement result-driven programs for clients with autism, with a focus on achieving their personal and professional goals.
  • Team Leadership: Collaborate with and supervise a team of technicians to ensure that they are working effectively to support clients and their families.
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct objective assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop programs to address those needs.
  • Client Support: Provide guidance and supervision to clients and their families to help them achieve their goals and overcome obstacles associated with autism.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and program implementation.
Requirements:
  • BCBA Certification: Must have obtained a BCBA certification and be in good standing with the BACB.
  • LARA License: Must have a LARA license.
  • Certification to Supervise: Must have certification to supervise others working towards BCBA certification.
  • Master's Degree: Must have a Master's degree in a field related to ABA (for QBHPs).
Credentialing Documentation:
  • Resume: Must provide a resume that highlights relevant experience and education.
  • Transcripts: Must provide transcripts from relevant educational institutions.
  • Driver's License: Must provide a valid driver's license.
  • SS Card: Must provide a valid SS card or proof of eligibility to work in the USA.
  • Car Insurance Policy: Must provide a valid car insurance policy.
  • NPI Number: Must provide a valid NPI number.
  • Negative TB Test: Must provide a negative TB test result.
  • Other Documents: Must provide any other documents relevant to the position.
