- Address immediate social or housekeeping concerns as they arise.
- Conduct breathalyzer and toxicology screenings when necessary.
- Respond effectively to crises and emergency situations.
- Input data into the agency's database as directed by the supervisor.
- Participate in all individual program and agency activities as required.
- Engage in job-related workshops and in-service training sessions.
Respond professionally to incidents involving contagious diseases (e.g., HIV, Hepatitis B, TB) and serve on agency committees as needed.
Policy ImplementationAssist in executing the agency's policies and procedures while performing additional duties essential to the role.
Trauma-Informed CareIntegrate the principles of Trauma-Informed Care in all interactions with staff, residents, and external partners.
Regulatory ComplianceMaintain adherence to all applicable rules and regulations, including Federal Confidentiality (42 CFR, Part 2), HIPAA, Medicaid, and HUD.
Qualifications- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A valid NYS driver's license.
Salary: $17.50/Hour + $1.00 Overnight Shift Differential
