Job Summary

Crothall Healthcare is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to perform a variety of maintenance duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot equipment sets, replace plumbing fixtures, and identify and stop leaks.
  • Supervise and make adjustments to the building automation system for patient/staff comfort.
  • Test and inspect generators, replace light fixtures and light bulbs, and respond to general building issues.
  • Use drawings, wiring diagrams, and operations & maintenance manuals for troubleshooting and making repairs.
  • Coordinate specialized work with vendors and contractors.
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks on emergency power systems, emergency lighting, ice machines, and refrigerators, as well as HVAC equipment and other building systems.
  • Conduct building and mechanical room inspections in accordance with the maintenance program.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of related experience as a maintenance worker/technician preferred.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to follow up on maintenance tasks.
  • Driver's license and clean driving record required.
  • Experience with Building Automation Systems.
  • Experience with computerized work order systems preferred.
