Job Overview

Position Summary:

As a key member of our legal team at Mintex Tech, you will engage in comprehensive estate planning and asset safeguarding transactions. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering tailored solutions for clients with medium to high net worth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Designing and executing personalized estate planning strategies, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives.
  2. Drafting and managing intricate irrevocable trusts and business structures aimed at tax optimization and asset protection.
  3. Providing guidance on tax-related issues and implications.
  4. Facilitating trust and estate administration processes, encompassing probate, tax considerations, and asset distribution.

Essential Qualifications:

  1. J.D. degree from an accredited law institution.
  2. A minimum of three (3) years of legal practice in business, estate planning, and asset protection.
  3. Exceptional time management abilities.
  4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  5. Meticulous attention to detail.
  6. Capability to adhere to deadlines.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
