About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Content Creator to join our team at the Volvo Group. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating engaging visual content that supports our marketing efforts and related product campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and produce high-quality video and photographic content for our digital and social media marketing efforts.
  • Operate, maintain, and set-up all photography, video, audio, and lighting equipment.
  • Generate quality video and photographic content to support all marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with external teams to produce location shoots and supporting activities.
  • Research industry and competitor trends and suggest new content ideas.
  • Manage and maintain our media library by importing and backing up all files.
  • Deliver content to required customers in correct formats and specifications.
  • Develop SOPs to create redundancy, repeatability, and consistency with the content creation workflow.

Preferred Experience and Knowledge
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Film, or Photography, or related field.
  • 3 years of professional and hands-on experience in marketing/communications and commercial operations with demonstrated success in the Marketing/Communications area.
  • Previous trucking, automotive, or related transportation industry experience is strongly preferred.
Other Requirements
  • Must be proficient using specialized software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Must have experience filming, directing, and editing video.
  • Proficient using a PC and MAC-based computer.
  • Proficient using DSLR, video, audio, and lighting equipment.
  • Ability to work in a creative, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with innate attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently on projects and collaborate as a strong team member.
  • Frequent travel required.
