Se trata de una posición de nivel inicial a tiempo completo, con la posibilidad de aprender de empleados actuales de CMG y participar en videografía, diseño gráfico, marketing, promociones, planificación de eventos, ventas y programación.

Se requieren habilidades excepcionales de comunicación y una personalidad enérgica. Este puesto implica trabajar en horarios nocturnos, fines de semana y festivos de manera regular, además de la capacidad para levantar hasta 50 libras.

Responsabilidades Esenciales
  • Interactuar con el público en eventos que van desde ubicaciones de clientes hasta festivales y conciertos, lo que puede requerir altos niveles de energía durante varias horas.
  • Presentarse de manera profesional en eventos, en la oficina y en plataformas digitales.
  • Representar cada estación de radio del grupo a través del conocimiento y la pasión por las marcas.
  • Montar y desmontar el equipo de sonido y promocional (carpas, pancartas, altavoces, sistema de audio) en eventos de la estación.
  • Crear y publicar contenido atractivo, fotos y videos en las redes sociales de la estación.
  • Asistir en la organización y mantenimiento de vehículos y equipos promocionales de la estación.
  • Redactar resúmenes detallados de eventos para la gerencia.
  • Comunicar efectivamente con los oyentes.
  • Colaborar en diversas áreas dentro de CMG Radio según sea necesario, incluyendo contenido digital, programación, ventas e ingeniería.
