Job Overview

The Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in managing the activities and responsibilities of the Procurement, AV/VC, and Events teams that provide global support for our clients.

This position requires a high level of technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Service Delivery Manager and Operations Manager to coordinate and prioritize service execution to meet client-specific key performance indicators.
  • Provide high-level technical assistance to the team and ensure service and support are provided to clients at agreed levels.
  • Plan, schedule, communicate, coordinate resources, and manage day-to-day tasks to sustain and improve operations.
  • Act as a liaison for team communications, partnering with cross-functional leaders to keep abreast of daily operations and projects.
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience managing a team of 10+ employees.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment with extremely busy peak seasons.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Proactive and data-driven, with working knowledge of metrics planning and spreadsheets.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize multiple competing tasks.
