The Military Outreach Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the university's commitment to serving military-connected students. This position will be responsible for developing and implementing outreach programs to promote higher education opportunities to military personnel, veterans, and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement outreach programs to promote higher education opportunities to military personnel, veterans, and their families.
  • Provide guidance and support to military-connected students in navigating the university's academic and support services.
  • Collaborate with university departments and community organizations to develop and implement programs that support military-connected students.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with military bases and community organizations to promote the university's programs and services.
  • Provide training and support to university staff on military culture and the needs of military-connected students.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of military culture and the needs of military-connected students. A master's degree in a related field and experience working with military-connected students are preferred.
