We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager with a robust background in transportation civil engineering to enhance our dedicated and hardworking team. This role encompasses leading a skilled group of engineers, managing projects from conception to completion, engaging directly with clients, overseeing budgets, and maintaining a strong presence in the field. Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in managing transportation projects
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
  • Ability to work in a hybrid onsite work model

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary Range: $145,000 - $165,000 based on location, skills, experience, and performance
