Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer to lead the development and implementation of capital projects in support of facility and business unit objectives.

This role will be based out of our Lawton, MI plant and will involve coordination of all phases of capital projects from ideation to installation and start-up.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and project management, with experience in food and beverage manufacturing.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Coordination of all phases of capital projects
  • Leadership and overall project responsibility for major projects
  • Engineering input on new products or processes
  • Investigation of new processes and equipment
  • Providing estimates of total capital cost, timing, and related commercialization information

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with the ability to interact effectively with commercial partners and executive leadership.
