Support Administrator Job Description

MNX Global Logistics is seeking a skilled Support Administrator to join our IT Team in Ontario, CA. As a key member of our team, you will provide first and second-tier support for end-users, manage hardware inventory, and continually improve processes to contribute to the organization's operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide phone and remote user support to our team members.
  • Manage service desk ticket queues and respond to requests for service meeting or exceeding our SLAs.
  • Perform Windows 11 system imaging and creation with standard software installation packages as required.
  • Hardware inventory and asset management.
  • Process onboarding of users and maintain access security.
  • Implement, improve, and document new and existing policies, procedures, and processes for various IT systems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years' desktop support experience installing and troubleshooting Win 10 & 11.
  • 2+ years' experience managing Android/Apple mobile devices in a business environment.
  • 2+ years' imaging systems experience.
  • 2+ years' in a business-facing IT customer support role.
  • 2+ years' experience in system administration in network and Windows platforms.
