We are seeking a highly skilled General Manager to join our team in Washington. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to achieve exceptional results in sales, labor hours, and customer satisfaction.

This is an hourly paid position with a salary of $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving results in restaurant metrics, company standards, and adherence to policies and procedures.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve sales, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
  • Managing inventory and supplies to ensure optimal levels and minimize waste.
  • Ensuring compliance with all city, county, state, and federal requirements for safety, food safety, and employment laws.
  • Fostering a positive work environment through effective communication, teamwork, and respect.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a high-performing Assistant Manager at Burgerville or 2-3 years in the restaurant industry.
  • Excellent leadership skills to motivate and develop a team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Strong analytical and cognitive skills to make informed decisions and drive business growth.
  • Effective communication skills to build strong relationships with team members, customers, and vendors.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment and operate effectively under pressure.
