Facilities Management Leader

We are seeking a Facilities Management Leader to join our team and drive quality maintenance operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and developing maintenance teams, overseeing preventative maintenance, and conducting property inspections.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance operations, leadership skills, and experience working in a fast-paced environment. As a Facilities Management Leader, you will be responsible for budget management, vendor relationships, safety compliance, project management, customer service, staff hiring and training, quality assurance, and inventory control.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and develop maintenance teams to ensure alignment with company standards.
- Oversee preventative maintenance, troubleshoot complex issues, and conduct property inspections.
- Assist in budget preparation, monitor costs, and manage vendor relationships.
- Promote safety culture, respond to emergencies, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Create and manage scopes of work for capital and other projects, review bids and contracts, oversee outside contractors, and plan timelines to minimize disruption.
- Communicate with owners, regional managers, and onsite staff to resolve maintenance issues and enhance owner and resident satisfaction.
- Collaborate with onsite managers to hire and train maintenance staff to ensure skill development.
- Maintain property quality standards through regular assessments and follow-up actions.
- Oversee purchasing and inventory management of maintenance supplies and equipment.
- A competitive salary of $75,000-80,000 per year.
