Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Frozen Food Sales and Delivery Expert to join our team at Bernatello's Foods. As a key member of our sales and delivery team, you will be responsible for effectively and efficiently selling, delivering, and servicing all customers, resulting in increased sales annually.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels in trucks and depots, adhering to procedural guidelines.
  • Warehouse Operations: Ensure proper warehouse inventory levels, minimizing out-of-stocks and maintaining fresh product.
  • Delivery and Merchandising: Plan, pick, and load trucks accurately and efficiently for next-day deliveries, adhering to start-of-day times.
  • Customer Service: Represent the company in a positive manner when dealing with customers, receivers, and other stakeholders.
  • Administrative Tasks: Accurately invoice customers, complete daily paperwork, and maintain valid CDL with air brake certification.
  • Compliance and Safety: Adhere to Fleet Loss Policy, maintain 100% D.O.T. compliance, and complete daily procedural guidelines.
