Qualifications
- Strong interest in pursuing a sales career; previous sales experience is beneficial.
- No prior insurance experience necessary; willingness to obtain required Property and Casualty and/or Life and Health licenses after hiring (current license holders preferred).
- Self-sufficient, confident, and highly driven.
- Adept at multitasking, with excellent follow-through and follow-up abilities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
