About the Role

PrideStaff is seeking a highly skilled and bilingual customer service representative to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while leveraging your strong communication skills in both English and French.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communication: Collaborate with employees, clients, and customers to answer questions and process information effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent certificate is required.
  • Experience: 1 year of work experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.

  • Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per annum (based on location and experience).
