Key Responsibilities- Cooking and Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes following approved recipes and production standards.

- Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all corporate, state, and federal food safety and sanitation procedures.
- 1+ year of Sous Chef experience required.
