Job Summary

Enterprise Mobility Inc is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative Sr to join our team. As a key member of our branch staff, you will provide exceptional customer service, support internal and external customers, and contribute to the overall success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level customer service through face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and email correspondence.
  • Assist customers with their rental needs, including answering questions, resolving issues, and providing information.
  • Support branch operations by performing administrative tasks, such as data entry, reporting, and supply management.
  • Act as a backup for rental operations, including processing returns, checking in vehicles, and handling customer transactions.
  • Develop knowledge of company policies, procedures, and products to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of customer service or administrative experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
