Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Dietetic Technician to join our team at St. Luke's Health System. As a Dietetic Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care by conducting comprehensive nutrition screenings, guiding patients in food selection, and observing patient food intake.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct and document comprehensive nutrition screenings of patients, including obtaining and evaluating individuals' dietary histories, to support the development of individualized nutritional programs and determine nutrition acuity.
  • Guide patients in food selection, based upon nutritional needs, patient preferences, and therapeutic guidelines.
  • Observe patient food intake and report progress and nutrition problems to registered dietitian.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
