Senior Living Sales Strategist

We're currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Living Sales Strategist to join our team in Little Neck, NY. This role will play a key part in developing and executing our marketing strategy to drive growth and success for our community.
About the Role- You will work closely with our Executive Director to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan that drives leasing expectations and exceeds them.
- Manage all move-ins and move-outs to maximize revenue performance for the community.
- Communicate effectively with our Health & Wellness Director to ensure seamless transitions for new residents.
- Maintain an active waitlist through effective lead generation and management strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform your sales approach.
- Conduct phone and direct sales calls to achieve established goals and exceed leasing expectations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential residents and their families to build trust and confidence in our community.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Analyze market data and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to current and prospective residents.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in senior living or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven track record of success in sales and marketing roles, with a focus on driving growth and revenue.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and internal stakeholders.
- A competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
