Job Title: Sales Manager

Join Azul Hospitality as a Sales Manager and take on the challenge of driving revenue growth and developing long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize hotel revenue and meet or exceed forecasted and budgeted revenue goals.
  • Negotiate group and transient business and contracts to ensure optimal revenue outcomes.
  • Manage group and transient accounts to maximize business potential and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Make on-site and field presentations to prospective clients to showcase the hotel's unique offerings and build strong relationships.
  • Prospect for new group business using a wide range of methods, including phone calls, outside sales calls, trade shows, and internet prospecting.
  • Develop and maintain strong interdepartmental relationships and open communication lines to ensure efficient transfer of information and effective collaboration.
Requirements:
  • High school or equivalent education required; Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent level of education preferred.
  • One to two years of sales experience in the hospitality industry preferred.
  • Excellent leadership capability, customer relations skills, and ability to work independently.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers.
  • Knowledge of computer programs, math skills, and budgetary analysis capabilities required.
