Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our Employee Benefits Sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales achievement and leading a team of talented sales representatives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and goals
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Collaborate with the local service manager to ensure a one-team vision between sales and service teams
- Report directly to the Regional Vice President of Sales
- 8-10 years of successful experience selling employee/group benefits
- Prior experience managing employee benefits sales representatives or experience in a senior-level sales role with responsibility for coaching/mentoring/training other sales reps
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Life and Disability insurance license required
- Ability to travel 30-40% within territory as needed
