* Develop and implement electrical/electronic product designs from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and regulatory standards.

* Conduct conceptual studies and create detailed designs, including CAD layouts, schematics, and bills of material.

* Prepare cost estimates and project schedules for customer proposals and bids.

* Interface with customers' engineering teams to ensure technical requirements are met.

* Travel domestically and internationally as required.

Requirements and Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years of experience.

* Proven expertise in electromechanical systems integration for EMC compliance.

* Familiarity with thermal management and optic design is a plus.

* Proficient in electrical design software and tools.

* Strong written and oral communication skills.

* Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

* Strong technical skills with a willingness to learn and adapt to customer technical requirements.
