We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Design Engineer to join our team at Actalent. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for creating, updating, and editing designs for avionics, wiring, and harnessing systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with electrical and structural engineers to develop innovative solutions for electrical wiring interconnect systems (EWIS)
  • Develop and release engineering definition - CAD packages using Zuken, Mentor Graphics, Solidworks Electrical, AutoCAD Electrical, and Altium
  • Provide engineering support for manufacturing and Non-Conformance Dispositions
  • Issue engineering drawing redlines and provide technical expertise for electrical hardware engineering design
Requirements:
  • B.S. Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Experience with electrical hardware engineering design of wire harnesses, cable routing, and wire harnesses for avionics and electrical integration
  • Proficiency in CAD packages related to electrical integration, including Zuken, Mentor Graphics, Altium, Solidworks Electrical, and AutoCAD Electrical
