The Milwaukee Brewers are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our Ticket Sales Representative Program. This two-year program is designed to train and prepare participants for a career in sales and sports, with a focus on generating revenue through the sale of season and group tickets.
Key Responsibilities- Make an average of 100+ contacts per day to engage with businesses and qualified leads.
- Sell Brewers season ticket packages, including full season, partial plans, and mini-plans.
- Sell Brewers group tickets, including All-Inclusive Areas, Suites, and tailgates.
- Handle a database of assigned leads in an organized and efficient manner.
- Master all ticket sales software and technologies used in selling tickets.
- Build relationships with accounts and prospects through seat visits and call campaigns.
- Maintain a detailed database of records pertaining to ticket sales prospects and current customers.
- Attend and actively participate in weekly sales meetings to provide input on creative sales ideas and feedback on the daily experience.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals and call requirements.
- Assist full-time ticket sales staff members with ticket fulfillment duties and other support-related tasks.
- One or more years of experience in customer service.
- A desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
