Position Overview:
As a vital member of our manufacturing team, the Precision Assembly Technician will engage in the meticulous assembly of medical devices, ensuring quality and precision in every task.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and mix two-component adhesives and silicone materials.
- Utilize a microscope for detailed assembly tasks.
- Support various manufacturing processes as needed, including but not limited to:
- Manufacturing sleeves
- Bonding microchips for pressure sensors
- Reporting any product discrepancies to the Production Team Leader
- Following established production protocols and quality standards
- Maintaining hygiene and security standards
- Complying with GMP, Work Safety, and ISO13845 regulations
- Assembler: $20/hr + 10% differential
- Assembler II: $23/hr + 10% differential
- Senior Assembler: $25/hr + 10% differential
- Previous experience in assembly, preferably within the medical device sector.
- Ability to comprehend and follow work instructions.
- Proficient in basic arithmetic operations.
- Experience using microscopes and small tools, such as tweezers and scalpels.
- Capability to perform physical tasks, including prolonged sitting, bending, and lifting.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Soldering skills are highly advantageous.
