Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven talent acquisition professional to lead the recruitment process for various roles within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Source and attract top talent from across the country
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and preferences
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and job applicants

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field
- Proven track record of success in sourcing and recruiting top talent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Location
Vaya Health is headquartered in Asheville, NC, and this position requires relocation to the area. Must live within 2 hours of Asheville, NC and be willing to travel to the office as needed.
