Sales and Operations Manager

Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our management team as a Store Manager at Work World. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees, managing store operations, and driving sales growth. You will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and diverse group of people, and to contribute to the success of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage store inventory, including receiving shipments, processing returns, and maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Develop and implement visual merchandising plans to create an engaging shopping experience.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including adhering to safety standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of prior retail management experience as a Store Manager.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Able to work a full-time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to climb a ladder and lift up to 25 pounds.
