Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Counter Sales Representative to join our team at our Hanover, Massachusetts location. As a Counter Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and working effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to customers, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products, including auto parts and accessories, and be able to make recommendations to customers.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management tasks, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Cash Handling: Handle customer transactions, including cash, credit card, and check payments.
  • Teamwork: Work effectively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly and efficiently in a retail environment.
