Key Responsibilities
  • Advising on product development and release matters, including negotiating technology transactions and inbound technology licenses
  • Providing legal support for product development, including drafting and negotiating development agreements
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to build strong relationships and provide exceptional practical work-product
  • Investigating and understanding new issues, technologies, and functionality, and communicating the results across relevant teams
Requirements
  • Current member in good standing of a U.S. state bar
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal department of a technology company
  • Experience drafting and negotiating technology transactions and handling complex IP-related legal issues
  • Ability to independently investigate and understand new issues, technologies, and functionality, and communicate the results across relevant teams
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders
