About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team in the USA. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our most important customers, driving the adoption of our software, and identifying opportunities for expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer relationships across the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal.
  • Drive the adoption of our software and identify opportunities for expansion, working closely with Sales, Product, Services, and Marketing teams.
  • Agree and execute Joint Success Plans with customers, ensuring alignment on goals and objectives.
  • Prepare and lead key customer meetings, such as kick-offs, QBRs, and renewals, to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Coordinate actions with colleagues to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in Customer Success, technical account management, or client relationship management roles.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS software, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
  • Establishing and maintaining C-level relationships, managing expectations, and driving business growth.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • Project Management, problem-solving, analytic, and storytelling skills, with strong written and oral presentation skills.
  • Legally authorized to work in the USA, without need for Visa sponsorship.
