  • Lead, manage, and train a team of technicians, ensuring they are equipped to provide top-notch service.
  • Supervise up to ten employees, maintaining a clean and organized facility.
  • Oversee technicians' inspections, diagnosing, and repairing domestic, European, and Asian cars and light trucks.
  • Maintain inventory counts and ensure accurate pricing estimates.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of store or service manager experience.
  • General automotive knowledge and excellent customer service disposition.
  • Good communication skills, leadership ability, and team building skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
