Job Summary

The Quality Control Representative plays a vital role in ensuring that all work completed by the service departments meets company and manufacturer standards. This position is responsible for reviewing and inspecting vehicles to ensure that repairs are thorough and of high quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct periodic spot checks of completed jobs to ensure quality and thoroughness
  • Investigate and correct customer complaints regarding quality
  • Inspect all recently purchased and comeback vehicles to ensure proper repair and condition
  • Understand and follow all applicable federal, state, and local regulations on hazardous waste and OSHA Right-to-Know
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with other departments
  • Understand, keep abreast of, and comply with federal, state, and local regulations that impact the company's business
  • Facilitate and/or conduct training on proper techniques, policies, regulations, and best practices
  • Understand and follow work rules and procedures
  • Follow all attendance and punctuality standards
  • Follow lawful directions from supervisors
  • Uphold the company's non-disclosure and confidentiality policies and agreements
  • Attend company meetings as required
  • Maintain a professional appearance and a neat work area
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality are also essential.
