This position demands a seasoned expert with robust experience in Training, Scheduling, Quality Assurance, and Problem Solving.

Location: This role is primarily based in our Las Vegas, Nevada office, with the option for consideration in Reno, Nevada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise team assignments and ensure efficient workflow
  • Conduct quality assurance on program outputs
  • Identify and propose specifications for process enhancements
  • Monitor essential program performance indicators
  • Assess training requirements and deliver training sessions
  • Handle financial transactions including check requests and fee processing

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree is required; a graduate degree in business or a related field is strongly preferred
  • 3 to 5 years of experience managing large teams
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools
  • Demonstrated analytical skills to develop and implement solutions for business challenges
  • Willingness to travel, via airplane, as required (up to approximately 20% of the year)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Pre-employment drug and background screening will be conducted

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Certification or equivalent
  • Experience in energy efficiency or clean energy sectors
  • Direct client interaction experience
  • Prior project experience in a fast-paced, high-volume processing environment
