Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and standards of care to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Lead and manage a team of nursing professionals to deliver exceptional patient care and achieve clinical excellence.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of nursing services and achieve organizational goals.
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure effective resource allocation and fiscal responsibility.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure our nursing services remain cutting-edge and compliant.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of nursing experience, with 10 years of nurse leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of driving clinical excellence, improving patient outcomes, and reducing costs.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in managing large teams and budgets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field (MSN/MBA/MHA).
  • Experience in leading capital projects and tower builds.
Licensure

Registered Nursing License (RN) in the state of California.
