Qualifications:

The ideal candidate is a strategic and operational leader who is collaborative, effective at building trusting relationships, and has a track record in hospital operations, quality improvement methods, driving change, leveraging data, and mentoring teams.

Possessing humility and integrity, the successful candidate will be a systems thinker and action-oriented leader who motivates and empowers staff.

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and decision-making skills are essential.

Education/Certifications/Experience:

The ideal candidate should possess a Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Hospital Administration, Health Care Administration, Business Administration, or a closely related field, along with approximately 7 – 10 years of increasingly responsible experience in hospital management, with a significant amount in a senior management position within a health or hospital system, preferably in a teaching hospital.
