CPS Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health System Director of Pharmacy to oversee all pharmacy operations at Great Falls Clinic Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, controlling, and supervising activities to ensure compliance with hospital policies, state and federal laws, and standards of practice.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all pharmacy operations, including planning, organizing, controlling, and supervising activities
- Recommend innovations in pharmacy practice and function to hospital administration
- Assist with security of pharmacies and controlled substances
- Recruit and hire pharmacy staff
- Ensure compliance with legal, accreditation, and certification requirements
- Provide optimal services and enhance financial performance
Requirements:
- Pharmacy degree (BS or PharmD) from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy; PharmD preferred
- Current Montana Pharmacist license in good standing
- 3+ years of recent Pharmacy Director experience in a complex health system
- At least 5 years of experience as a pharmacist in an acute care hospital setting
