About the Role:

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at TEKsystems, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients in both English and Spanish. This is a 100% remote position, and you will be working with a team of professionals who are passionate about delivering Customer Service Excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer phone inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Utilize multiple company applications to research and resolve complex issues
* Educate callers on benefit plan restrictions, prior authorization requirements, and other PBM functions
* Follow up with callers to ensure customer satisfaction and timely response to requests

Requirements:

* Bilingual in Spanish - Must be 100% fluent in both, written and verbal
* 1+ year of call center experience minimum
* Average job tenure of one year or more in each job
