We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Minor Emergency and Family Care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced urgent care and primary care setting.
Job Summary:
Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in family medicine and be able to work independently in a busy clinical environment. You will be responsible for assessing patients, developing treatment plans, and providing education to patients and families.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patients and develop treatment plans in collaboration with our healthcare team
- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced urgent care and primary care setting
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve excellent patient outcomes
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients and families
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices in family medicine
Requirements:
- Virginia Licensed Nurse Practitioner
- Ability to work weekends
- Strong background in family medicine
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
