Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in a multidisciplinary setting
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patient needs
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in daily huddles to discuss patient care and share best practices
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and guidelines to provide evidence-based care
- Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine degree
- Board certification in Family, Internal, or Geriatric Medicine
- Valid, unrestricted medical license in the state of employment
- Current, unrestricted DEA license
- 2-5 years of experience in primary care medicine
- Experience managing Medicare Advantage panels and understanding of best practices in coordinated care environments
- Knowledge of Medicare guidelines and coverage
- Knowledge of HEDIS quality indicators
- Guaranteed base salary with 20% bi-annual quality incentive
- Total compensation up to $300,000
- Excellent benefit package, including health insurance, CME allowance, and occurrence-based malpractice insurance
- Relocation and sign-on bonus options

- Minimal call schedule
