Role Overview:

This dynamic opportunity is seeking a seasoned Sales Executive to lead and grow our sales team within a designated geography. You will work closely with your team to close sales, win business, and achieve sales goals through effective resource planning.

About the Role:

  1. Sales Leadership: Provide direction, motivation, and support to your sales team, empowering them to reach their full potential.
  2. Territory Growth: Collaborate with your team to expand our customer base and increase revenue within your assigned territory.
  3. Team Management: Recruit, hire, train, and develop sales associates, providing continuous feedback and coaching to ensure their success.
  4. Customer Representation: Represent ADP to customers, prospects, and the public by engaging in field activities, trade shows, demonstrations, and seminars.

Requirements:

  1. Sales Experience: A proven track record of business-to-business sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in sales or sales management roles.
  2. Leadership Qualities: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
  3. Integrity and Trust: Possess integrity, trustworthiness, and a strong commitment to delivering results.
  4. Time Management: Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Bonus Points:

  1. Team Leadership Experience: Previous experience leading teams in a sales environment.
  2. Vertical Sales Expertise: Prior experience selling to healthcare or government clients.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary range for this role is between $80,000 and $120,000 per year, depending on location, experience, and qualifications. ADP offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, matched retirement savings, and more.
